"İBB: Citizen 360 Degrees, Roadmap for Big Data Analysis: Goals and Requested Data" Project Signed

Head of the Department of Sociology at the BAU Faculty of Economics, Administrative and Social Sciences Prof. Dr. Nilüfer Narlı and department assistant Ayşe Yılmaz Erten, together with Head of the Department of Psychology Dr. Bahar Tanyaş, signed the protocol for the project titled "İBB: Citizen 360 Degrees, Roadmap for Big Data Analysis: Goals and Requested Data" with the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality last week.

The project aims to determine whether the services Istanbul residents receive from İBB match their needs, with a view to Istanbul becoming a smart and sustainable city; by the end of the project, the goal is to increase this match by making use of İBB's big data pool.
